Double knockout roses got disease, need help

I used to have red freedom rose hedge that got this same disease, it pretty much wiped it out. I took out all those hedges and plant a new double knockout rose hedge in place of old one. It's been about a month, I noticing same problem with some of the rose plants. It's curled up new leaves. See attached pics. Please let know what should I do? Went through lot of trouble putting these rose plants.

Can you rule out herbicide damage? i.e. do you or your neighbors use a weed and feed, and or roundup, or other type of chemical weed control?

Here is a link that might be useful: link for above

Here's the picture turned right side up so that we can all get a better look at it.

I can't say for sure, but I am wondering, as the previous poster did, if anybody near your KOs was using something like Round-Up. It doesn't quite look like Rose Rosette Disease to me, and I can't think of what else would cause that kind of problem other than a poison like Round-up which a breeze can carry much further than you might imagine.

If it is something like Round-up, cut out the affected parts, water the plant thoroughly and deeply to (hopefully) get out some of the poison from the roots, and then wait and see if future growth looks odd or not. But whoever is spraying the poison, get them to stop.

I don't think it is from the round-up because it is affecting the mostly new growth, new leaves. Has anybody ever seen this.?

I did live in the burbs in Houston for almost a decade, and if I see your gardening area correctly, the rose is planted right next to a cement slab. (And the weepholes in the brick wall in back of the rose?)

The problem is, or at least may be, that the slab may be affecting the pH of the soil. And that pH may be affecting nutrient uptake by your roses. (Also there may be some chemical treatments done to the perimeter of your house before you moved in.

First, call the Texas County extension agent and ask him or her about getting a soil test for that specific soil (forget about any suggestions that you should take samples from all over your yard, that's for grass growers). Also ask that the test check for nutrients in the soil.

As Ann says, iron deficiency chlorosis commonly occurs next to slabs and foundations because of high pH. However, this looks like mild RoundUp or other herbicide damage to me. It commonly shows up in new growth when there was enough of a dose to throw the development process off but not enough to kill the extant leaves. A tiny amount can cause symptoms on roses.
