I haven't seen this before

I was deadheading my roses yesterday and was about to snip this old bloom off Over the Moon when I noticed the below staring at me from inside. I'm often singing the praises of Over the Moon on the forum, and I guess I can now add to its attributes that its blooms are large enough and strong enough to house a frog...

I LIKE frogs, and we don't see them here. But that is one of the cutest frogs ever. :-)

Well, I saw a big fat brown toad in my rose garden yesterday. Does that count? Of course, he is a bit too hefty to sit inside any rose bloom--but he does a marvelous job doing foot-patrol around the base of the rose bushes.

But I agree--your green lil feller is a cutie!

He is precious, isnÃ¢ÂÂt he...only about the size of my thumb! IÃ¢ÂÂm hoping he tells his friends about the bounty of bugs currently available on my roses...I sure could use their help!
