Double Delight will stay white unless it is exposed to the sun. The more sun, the more red. If you bring it in the house, it will only have red tinges on the outside. Here is a picture of a Double Delight that bloomed near the bottom of the rose that is almost pure white.

I should of said- these two roses are planted out side and one is 10 years old and the other is 4. Both get afternoon sun. Both have had normal color in the past. This is a picture from last year about this time -DD side left

Double Delight can have many, many looks. Very white with just a tinge of pink edging is one of them and not abnormal at all. And the colors can change dramatically in just a few hours.
