Poked my head into a nice local Nursery when I was down on Galveston Island for work today and saw they had their roses on sale for half price. This late in the year there wasn't much left, a few knockouts, multiple belinda's dreams(already have to giant ones), and various others which didn't pique my interest, but then I found a Queen Elizabeth(not the climber). It was small and had lost a big cane to die back but had put on some new healthy growth from above the graft so it seems to have been a good deal for $12. Now to find a spot in the rose bed to plant it....
