What's wrong with my roses?

My "My Valentine" miniature rose seems to be diseased. All the others are doing fine (including other My Valentines)--thriving, in fact--but this one went from looking a little concerning to really bad, really quickly.

Here's a photo of some of the leaves, indoors since it's dark outside now. The bush is about half the size of the others, and the leaves are dry, discolored, and shriveled. The other bushes' leaves are soft and a healthy green. Is this powdery mildew? Something else? Do you think I can save the bush?

**EDIT: Please see my posts further down in the thread. I've posted some pictures of the entire bush (now that it's daytime) and some of the new growth on that bush. Thanks!

Rust?

My vote would be for spider mites. Though I've never had them myself, the damage seems similar to photos.

It looks like spider mite damage to me too. You might try spraying the roses with a hard stream of water every day for several weeks. If it is spider mites, that will take care of it:)

I vote for spider mites. Has it been hot and dry lately?

@jacqueline3 here are some photos:

This is the main part of the bush. It's tiny and scraggly, and the leaves are kind of dry.

The second is the new growth on the same bush, which looks pretty much like all the other bushes--thick and healthy.

Spider mites are always worst on the oldest leaves. It's spider mites. If the rose is sheltered from the rain by an eave, that encourages spider mites.

There might also be a nutrient deficiency. You could show a closeup of any bad leaves that are not like the bad leaves in the original closeup.

@michaelg - They are under an eave, so that makes a lot of sense. Pretty much all the bad ones look just like the ones I showed earlier. The newer leaves look like this:

Yep, that definitely is a spider mite problem.
When I moved into my new place, I kept my Miniature rose home cause I was way too busy with unpacking, settling and all and within that time span, Spider mites ravaged my plant. When I put it outside, under the rain, it came back :)
Thou, spraying the plant with water regularly (sometimes, daily) will help keep the mites off. I grew a Patio rose in my home and got it to bloom, all the while avoiding spider mite infestations by misting the plant with water.

Spider mites. They make me crazy. To break the reproductive cycle, stiff stream of water as suggested above and try to get the underside of leaves as well. See if you can see very subtle webbing along the leaf underside. Sometimes I use a miticide....but I try not to.
