| Hello,
I am new to GardenWeb.com, and this is my first post. I have had my DR for a little while now, and so far it has shown no signs of flowering. It has grown taller, but no blossums. Its indoor only, because I live in Vermont, and it is very cold out right now. While doing research, the pictures of the flowers are so beautiful, and i want to have mine become that much more beautiful. Thanks guys! |

| Hi Zell -- I'm thinking your "Desert Rose" is probably Adenium obesum -- It's not a rose, but a succulent. So, you need to look for a SUCCULENT forum. Jeri |

| It's probably not getting enough light to flower. Give it as much light as you can now and be careful not to water too much in the winter. In the summer move it outside to a sunny location. Oh and Jeri's right, a desert rose is not the same at all as a regular rose. |

| Sorry, I am still new to the wonderful world of plants. The tag says Rose, so i just assumed. And as it turns out, I over looked some tiny buds coming up on the top. Thanks guys! |
