I am looking at these new Biltmore Garden Rose Collection roses. In particular: Loretta Lynn Van Lear. Has anyone grown any of these yet? |

| I saw them too, very interesting. I wonder are these the same roses at the Biltmore trials? |

I bought one from Chamblees about a month ago. It had one bloom, looked very healthy. Cold weather has set in so no more blooms til spring. The color was lovely - I bought one as a gift for a friend in Houston - his has bloomed a bit and he really likes it. I can comment more after it blooms in the spring. Judith |

| If you live near the Biltmore, then they should translate. There are no testing grounds in other climates yet. |

| I got one about 3 or 4 months ago, came from Chamblees, and it's doing great in my Houston garden. |

| I got one from Edmunds last season. Was a teeny tiny own-root that hasn't done much at all. Unfortunately it's gonna be awhile before I even see the first bloom. |

I recently bought one from Chamblees (about 2 months ago). It is in an area which gets morning sun in the spring and summer but not so much this time of year, so as soon as I realized this, I planned to move it to a better spot. To my surprise last week it produced 13 buds tho it is still a relatively small plant. Sorry - no camera - hopefully someone will surprise me with one for Christmas. I am definitely very impressed with this rose so far |
