Botrytis?

Most likely the flower got a little wet, allowing a fungus to attack it. It is possible to cover roses to protect them from rain, but such covers are a lot of work--I've only done that for rose shows.

If you've had a lot of rain lately that probably caused the botrytis to take hole. When the weather clears up just remove the damaged blooms.

It should, as long as that flower doesn't get wet, either from rain, sprinklers, the hose or too heavy, cold dew. Kim

I am planting several kinds of rose and there are many roses that are blooming now in my garden, but it happens to blue girl only.

Perhaps Blue Girl's petals are the only ones which are sufficiently papery to have the problem. Or, the position where Blue Girl is planted is just right for the issue. Who knows? But, keeping the blooms dry should help prevent it. Good luck! Kim

Yes, some varieties are highly susceptible, some not. Living in a cool, damp climate, I find resistance to be one of the most valuable qualities in a rose.
