| Hello! I'm thinking of putting The Fairy or Appleblossom Flower Carpet (but I don't know where to buy it) on either side of my front door and want to pair it with something small and purple. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

| Hi Karen, I would suggest Ebb Tide, a floribunda, or the new Curruth mini Diamond Eyes for dark purple. I love Twilight Zone, but it's a grandiflora and might get too tall. My Angel Face isn't very tall, if you think a lavender rose would do. I grew a hedge of Fairy roses at my previous home, and it went well with the medium pink shrub rose, Royal Bonica, even though RB was taller. The shorter and lighter pink Bonica looked fine with my daughter's Fairy roses at her home. Here is a pic of Diamond Eyes. It's still a baby in this pic. Blooms constantly like The Fairy and has similar sized blooms, too. It's quite tall so far for a mini, about 2 feet, but will get taller I'm sure. Diane |

| Diane, Diamond Eyes is an inspired choice! I have Bull's Eye going into the other side of the same bed and the 'eyes' theme would tie the whole thing together very nicely! Karen |

| If you can find it, International Herald Tribune is great. I have grown in my zone 5 garden for about 8 years now. Stays short here. Very cold hardy. Not a mini, but a short floribunda. |

| I think Diamond Eyes is going to be it - it just fits so well with the similarity in bloom size and the lovely dark purple, and even the white eye. Now, if I can only find a Canadian nursery that has it... |
