| Ooooh. Thank you! SdlM is so pillowy soft looking. Renee |
| Krista, you really are the queen of pink roses. Your Madame Isaac and Comte de Chambord are especially luscious looking. My Souvenir de Malmaison even now has at least a dozen blooms and buds, and it's not that large a rose bush yet. I wasn't that crazy about SdlM the first year or two but now I really love it. It seems to bloom all the time. I hope you don't have too severe a winter this year. Ingrid |

| Krista, thanks for treating us with some rose flowers here! I especially love the photo of Mme. Isaac Pereire and the Alnwick Rose. I can't wait for the first fresh roses of spring! Christina |
| Thank you. Renee, yes SDLM does seem to have a soft pillowy look to it. I've been drinking a lot of hot chocolate with marshmallows and it occurs to me that it resembles a marshmallow.... Ingrid, I, too really like this rose. It's a happy bloomer. Christina, I'm really looking forward to spring, can't wait! |

| I like the Comte de Chambord best. I've never seen it in person, but there's something about that rose I really like when I see it in pictures. I think it's the variations in that particular shade of pink, and the crinkled edges of the petals. |
| Bellegallica, I wish I could send the fragrance through the computer screen... it's wonderful. |
| Mme Isaac Pereire certainly is lovely. Thanks for helping the winter pass more quickly for those of us who don't even get a few blooms nowadays to brighten up our pre-spring days. Kate |
| Thank you, Kate. Mme Isaac Pereire is one of my favorites for colorful blooms and fragrance. |
| I miss my Mme Isaac Pereire and SDLM. I used to be so crazy that when it rained, I actually put a small umbrella over SDLM so the blooms wouldn't get ruined! Can't remember what happened to either rose...sure it wasn't my fault though. I'll never forget the smell of MIP... |
| Thank you, Alida. Yes, the fragrance of MIP is wonderful. I really like the Bourbon roses. |
