| A funny story - about twenty years DH reluctantly agreed to take me in his truck to pick up some free manure....city kid that he was, he expected nastiness. We pulled down into the meadow, parked right next to where it was piled, the whole thing looking anonymous and brown with a few wildflowers here and there, and he said, with frustration, as he stood next to it, "where is this stuff supposed to be?" and I had the nerdy pleasure of saying, 'dear, you don't know s___!" |
