Basye's Purple

This one is new to me, it is my third rugosa hybrid and so far it has been really vigorous. I put sulphur in the soil and it seems to work for my rugosas. I am glad I caught the sheen on the petals, so beautiful.

I couldn't confine myself to just one picture:-). This is a Peruvian daffodil. I have never seen them in person and decided to try.

That's indeed a nice capture of the sheen of the petals! Daffodil is lovely too. :)

That's wonderful that this rose does well for you. I received a beautiful, blooming band some years ago and it slowly deteriorated from then on. I don't know what I did to offend it because I thought it was gorgeous. I hope you'll show us more pictures of it some time.
