OH how beautiful! If I only had the room I'd have to grow Souv de Mme Leonnie Viennot. I know of one locally that is absolutely out of this world. All your pictures are wonderful Masha.

Outstanding, my teas are just getting started blooming now.

They're all extremely lovely but I'm puzzled by the color of Souvenir d'un Ami as mine is a much darker pink, with the outer petals especially being much darker. I've always seen this rose in pictures being a darker pink. Whatever yours is, it's really beautiful.

Thank you, oldblush, Lance, Ingrid and Krista. Ingrid, this is what is so amazing about teas, how changeable they are.

I've always been enchanted with the name 'Festetics' Hamilton. Anyone have backgound on that? It is a name isn't it? Or is it some kind of title? I'm picturing a Countress with an especially 'fluffy' personality. Of course I could be completely off base. Ideas? Karen

They are just perfect - both the roses and the pictures. You don't even have thrips there? What a climate!

I loved to grow all, especially Souv. d'un Ami but I can imagine how sadly it would look here in the humid coastal east.

Beautiful.

Thank you, ceterum. We do have thrips here, they just aren't around yet:-).
