I had the day off today and while my garden is hot and hopping just a few miles away Brooklyn is moving along in a an orderly progression. I decided to really pay attention to harrisons Yellowthis year I usually just take a shot and go oh yeah there it is but this year I spent time with it as it truly is a remarkable rose.

Labrea, I love that yellow rose. It sure is a pretty thing. It drapes rather romantically, don't you think? As I love yellow, I'm thinking I want it! Thank you for this.

Thanks for posting these. Harison's Yellow is actually quite pretty in its own way. It is not hard to see why the pioneers brought it with them on their westward journeys across the country. It is very rare at rose shows to see it because it blooms so early.

I like the second and the last one the best.
