Patchogue Red Mystery Rose

This rose is growing in one of my neighbors front yards sandwiched between their driveway and side picket fence. The canes are about 6-8 feet long. Some of the canes are over an inch in diameter, so it's clearly been there for a while. The color is hard to describe, somewhere between pink and red. The blossoms are about 2-3 inches wide, and there was light fragrance. The blooms seemed to all be nodding, but since we've had a lot of heavy rains, it's hard to say. Please see the linked photos. I know it's almost impossible to identify these mystery roses, but maybe you can help me figure out the class at least and narrow it down a little.
Thanks!
