I just got back from Mottisfont. Truly an amazing place. Your photos look so serene. When we were there it was jammed full with people. It was also amazing to see the size of the rose blooms with your cool weather. Absolutely beautiful. Jim

Devoniensis is heartbreakingly beautiful. So is the first picture. I'd want to banish all the crowds and be there alone to drink it all in, on into a moonlit night. Ingrid

Added a few . . . Heavy overnight rain and morning showers meant a day of tidying and titivating - you've all done it, I know! Best wishes

Thank you for showing us the the beauty that is Mottisfont. It is on my list of places to visit ... but I cannot do it anytime soon. Jon, your photos are gorgeous!! May I ask, what do you use to attach the roses to the brick wall? I have this same challenge ahead of me, and some advice will be very much appreciated. Connie
