identifying old rose

my 95 year old neighbour has had this rose for well over 60 years. She thinks it gets some later blooms, but is not sure. There is a slight fragrance, and when I took this picture every single stem has one or two buds to it.. not a floribunda but heavily budded. It has withstood the moist salt air in this area of Nova Scotia for that long, is healthy and strong. It cannot be a climber because surely after all those years it should be much larger? Can anyone guess what its name might be? I seem only able to post one picture. Will try a second post with another picture. Leaves very shiny, not rugosa-type at all. She never sprays.
