I second Roseyone's suggestion. My Anna Maria, from a band in August, is building for her forth flush and is very healthy. Seems it will be a prolific bloomer.

I don't grow this rose yet, but I saw it blooming in a pot, and I was smitten: Baby Alberic.

I recommend SDLM, the two of mine stay under 3', bloom a lot with short breaks in between, big and pretty pink blooms fade to white-esp in your zone. In your zone it will probably get taller but I think you can trim it.

Valentine, a red 1951 floribunda, might be something you would like. It is in constant bloom here and doesn't bs for me. It does mildew some here, but if you spray, you might not have that problem. It has stayed short. The blooms need to be deadheaded to stay tidy looking. But that rose never stops blooming during warm weather.

It has perle d'or and reve d'or in its parentage, so I guess I can justify mentioning it on this forum!

I have Anne Marie de Montreval also; I got suckered in from that same picture Rosyone posted above. I also bought Lindee, a found white polyantha. I like both of those too a lot, although they're still babies.

Yep, 'Valentine' is a blooming maniac. I gave up on deadheading its blooms a long time ago ... it blooms so often and so heavily that I'd have to give up my day job! Think Energizer Bunny.
