I've been searching the web can't really find any info on this alba. Would love to here from someone before I order it or not.

I think it is tricky to find these Rolf Sievers albas and vaguely recall Nastarana mentioning Pickering or High Country roses.....somewhere in Canada, I think.
Never tried them myself (would love to).

Just ordered golden blush along with alba foliacea from heirloom roses. I guess I will give them a chance. Any more info would be great though. I know all gardens are different.

I had three of the Sievers albas years ago, and found them underwhelming. Lemon Blush removed itself. Royal Blush I removed after it didn't bloom for a couple of years. Crimson Blush may still be out there under Darlow's Enigma. Crimson wasn't a terrible plant, just there are a ton of gallicas in that color class that don't defoliate.

To me the only fault of Lemon Blush is that it doesn't rebloom and I knew that when I took a cutting from my friend. It's tough as nails here and drought resistant. The name of the other one I'm growing is evading me right now. The blooms are creamy touched cherry. It gets very diseased, though so beautiful in the spring.
