So nice to see all of your flowers, Kippy. They are all so lovely. We had a warm day up here, too. Sunny and about 48 degrees. A few bulbs are poking through ... |

| Just lovely, Kippy. Your photography, along with the flowers themselves, is beautiful. I have a history of failure with narcissus, probably owing to overly heavy soil. One of the few that has lasted for me is one of the old Triandrus hybrids, I forget its name...'Tresamble'? Down in town the other day I saw in a garden a line of thickly clustered white tazzettas just beginning to open. What an inspiring sight. I made a mental note, assisted by a memory from last winter of tazzettas growing wild along the highway: evidently they can stick it out here. I can tell another round of experimentation is about to begin. Melissa |

| Kippy thanks for posting the uplifting pics. Cant wait for our flowers to get going. Most of the roses have 1-2 inches of new growth as this has been an easy year. Thanks again, Jeannie |

| Beautiful Kippy! I had clients in The Palisades who couldn't get rid of the orchids in your shots. They took off and grew everywhere like Algerian Ivy. I love that. Kim |

| Kippy, beautiful roses. I can't believe how many are blooming for you. Ingrid |

| Lovely photos Kippy. Your roses are glowing. Is that because it is January and the sun is lower in the sky, giving that marvellous light? I could not help but smile yesterday when I logged on. |
|
| Kippy, could your unknown rose possibly be Princess Alexandra of Kent, with the O and A reversed? Since I don't grow this rose I don't know whether its appearance fits PAOK. Ingrid |
|
| I think the unknown rose is Princess Alexandra of Kent, too. In fact the first time I viewed this post, I thought that was what the initials stood for. The photos are a lovely day brightener, Kippy. So envious of you with blooming roses right now. Diane |

| Nana and Ingrid. It was in a David Austin green pot with the PAOK tag and photo, but it had been set aside . I think k it is Corvedale. It is super pink, opens cup shape and usually is only semi double. I got it replaced with a new PAOK and they look very different in person. Pep to pink vs a more salmon shade of pink. All summer it has about half the petals and opens to stamens |
Here is a link that might be useful: corvedale

| Beautiful photos! This is why I moved here. |
