Sigh. I wish mine were as mature and bushy as Carol's. I like it a lot, great fragrance. I do not grow JH.

I have John Hopper, but it is functionally just a once-bloomer for me. It may, on an occasion, have an additional flower or two, but that is almost an accident.

That really is quite beautiful. I also wonder how closely is resembles Deuil du Dr D and MIP. Particularly I wonder about health, since I mostly do only a single winter spray.

I never could tell the difference between MIP and MdS. The only thing that was different is that MdS got more BS and needed more frequent spraying. It could be just plant to plant variations not the difference between varieties. I keep MIP and DdDR, but gave away my MdS.

Mari, just throw some manure under them :-). It would be no hardship on my part to escape the cold here and come to sunny Florida to "talk" to your roses. LOL.

So, the consensus is that all three are the same rose???
