She's been uncharacteristically absent from this forum for some time and I'm beginning to wonder and worry. I hope she and her husband and dogs are all right. I miss Jeri's presence here and for her not to post for an extended period of time is not like her. I hope someone can tell us she's okay. Ingrid

Another reason why I like this forum. I'm new to this forum but it's nice to see a place were people care. And I hope all is well with your friend.

Jeri posted happily on the Gold Coast (Santa Barbara area) rose group thing 3 days ago. I have told her that she might want to post on here. Jackie

I know she's on facebook sometimes.

Oh, good. I'm glad you've heard from Jeri, Jackie. I, too, was wondering. I've missed Jeri's insight and humor! Thank you for asking, Ingrid. You voiced my concern. Carol

I've seen her on FB posting about her dogs and the rose pruning her husband has been doing. I think she is just busy with other things. I'm sure she will post again soon. Folly

Just got an email from Jeri. She says ..." feel free to tell folks I said HEY -- and that they're welcome to email me if I can be helpful." Her email address is available through her profile on Gardenweb, I believe. Avalon2007

It wasn't that long ago that Jeri had a knee replacement. She's recovering now. I don't know why she hasn't been on the forum lately. She posted some nice rose photos on FB recently.

mmmmm, I had to wonder at the disappearance of posters on the perennial forum too. Seems to be a bit of a drop across most forums (although judging from the latest post listing, it does look like the whole of GW are doing up their kitchens)

I got a note from Jeri a short while ago. She is recovering nicely, but says that she is pretty much just on FB these days. However, if anyone not on FB needs to contact her, just email her through GW. She would be delighted to respond. Folly

I too was wondering. It is good to hear that she is well. Cath

I'm so glad she's fine. I wasn't aware of the knee replacement, and I'm happy that she's recovering well. I do hope she still stops by once in a while; it's just not the same without her. Ingrid

I hope she posts on GW too. It's different format than FB. I really appreciate some people's responses here. Jeri is one of them.

I will miss Jeri's comments. I have selected some of my roses partly based on Jeri's recommendations. I have enjoyed reading her postings, which I found very informationative, especially to a novice like me. As in all writings, the personality of author might come through and Jeri is one of the posters that have a very distinctive, enjoyable style. Not sure whether it matters a great deal now, but I hope that she knows how apprciative some of us are of her help.
