Hey folks, long time no chat from me! Still busy taking care of my twin babies. I still have yet to get something to grow on my arbor so I'd like to pick out another climbing rose. I'm looking for something with as many of these qualities as possible: I'm flexible on color but prefer paler roses and double to fully double if possible for this spot. In my yard so far the more outstanding "tolerators" haha of my poor conditions are usually David Austin roses, Hybrid Musks, Tea Noisette, Chinas and some old Hybrid Teas. I'd love to have an old tea, but I've yet to get one to grow well for me, though I'm still hopeful. Any suggestions? I did have Mme Berard, but she sadly died and her replacement does not appear to be the same rose so I'm waiting for yet another replacement of her possibly. But I'd like some other suggestions if possible. thanks, and I hope everyone is doing well!

Some I was possibly considering: Perhaps I should finally try Crepuscule?? RogueValley lists it as strong rebloom and fragrance and nearly thornless. It's a pale color and a Tea Noisette. A lot of people seem to say it's healthy and vigorous and it would be great if I could get an easy rose that doesn't DIE. haha. Some other ideas;;;;;;; Bouquet d'Or

With genuine "thornless" as the first qualification; rebloom and scented as equal second requirements and as tolerant as any others to the soil and weather conditions, the best suggestions I can make are: Climbing Yellow Sweetheart Kim

Thanks Kim, those are all beautiful suggestions, I really appreciate it, I'll email you.

You're welcome, Aimee. As I've just written you, with any luck, the back log of Annie Laurie McDowell orders should be able to be taken care of this summer. They're "in the works". Thanks. Kim
