Anyone know where to find Souvenir de Victor Hugo these days?

Mine came from Rose Petals here in Florida. It has bloomed once and is beautiful. So far it very much reminds me of E Veyrat Hermanous though less scented.

Mine blooms all the time and is beautiful. I believe I got it at Vintage but I'm not absolutely positive.

I think it needs some heat to open well. We grew it for several years, and ONCE, when we had a big heatwave, blooms opened.
