Need Rose Inspiration for Spring!

So, I've already caught myself spending hours on the computer, drooling over OGR pictures (many of them being old post from this forum), and I know it's still several months off before I can have the joy of looking at new OGR pictures from your gardens from this Spring Flush, But I'm sooo impatient, so would you all mind appealing to my appetite for roses (or it's probably better just to say addiction), and post your top three favorite rose pictures from last Spring? Thanks everyone!

Emma G.

Beautiful! Thanks so much!

Where did you get Aunt Margy's Rose from? It's so lovely!

It's from Rogue Valley Roses. I should point out that the blooms are small, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches, although they seem larger in the photo, but it blooms most of the year and is very fragrant. I expected it to be a small bush but it decided to go up to almost six feet against the wall, which is more than fine with me. I wouldn't be without this rose.

You're coming to my garden and to Robert's in the spring, aren't you? If so, you will be partaking of my favorite brand of inspiration ... up close and personal.

I'm with you, though, because I am practically salivating as the roses break dormancy and begin to leaf out ... to varying degrees at this point. Only 45-60 more days until we have roses!!!

Connie,

We can maybe handle 45 days, but 60??? ;-)

I would mention that we have been looking at your inventory,
and the inspiration is outstanding!
