Companion for "Radio Times" & Madame Isaac

Hi forum,

I gave managed to find room for one more in-ground rose.
I have a harden bed next to an arbour (with Madame Isaac trained against the pillars), with a Mandarin in the middle and a David Austin Radio Times" in the front corner and a dwarf Meyer lemon off to the side. I can squeeze another well-behaved rose between the Rose and the lemon and the radio times.

does anyone have any suggestions for a shortish, bushy shrub rose that would complement the baby pink Radio times? I had considered Duchess de Brabant, but she might grow too tall. Would Jude the Obscure be ok?
What about Cecile Brunner? I use spray irrigation, so something with disease resistant foliage is a must. And fragrant of course.

For those unfamiliar with radio times http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/rosesorg/msg0910065018445.0910383513687.jpg

Thanks,
Adam

If Pretty Jessica is available, it stays small, is fragrant and for me has no disease problem. La France is not an Austin but stays small for me, is very fragrant, and has gorgeous blooms. I don't believe Jude the Obscure is a small rose.
