I came around the corner of our house yesterday to find a grouping of yellow iris, the old rose Cl American Beauty, and blooming lunaria (moneyplant). The lunaria is a volunteer, and I had forgotten that the iris were even there. I like the color combo. Jackie

Very pretty Jackie! Nature doesn't select what colors to combine and it usually looks great. Kim

Beautiful combo! This is exactly why I never "plan" my color schemes. The surprises are much better!

Jackie, how magical to discover this composition! I love the way you are so aware of all the delightful details and moments of sweet beauty in your garden. Your joy is evident...and contagious! Carol

| Since all the colors are soft the combination is harmonious and lovely, and the differing shapes of the three plants give interest to the whole composition. There's often a lot to learn from these little photographic vignettes, and I can imagine a garden bed combining these colors very well, with different shades of pink to give it variety, and perhaps white alyssum sprinkling the bare patches of ground in between. | Last picture - took this one of the same area today, 2 days after the first one above. Another thing that is wonderful about gardening - everything changes constantly! Jackie |

Really sweet! As Zjw727 said, that corner of your garden is like a flowering Easter egg.
