| A quick blurry picture of a quick little plonk. Sophie's Perpetual and Grandmother's hat. Anyone else bringing flowers inside? |

| Tsss - still at the stage of searching for buds! There will be no roses in England for another month at least (and they will be the earlies). Tulips though! Now we are talking. Had to laugh - 'plonk' is slang for cheapo wine (sold in gallons) in England. |

| Enjoying the "plonks"! Thanks! |
| Bellegallica, The soft focus reminds me of an impressionist painting. Boncrow, Is that the climbing Don Juan? Here then is some Presidential plonk. Medium-size Mr. Lincoln and rather larger JFK -Larry |
| Larry, yes it's a pink cl Don Juan. I love your presidential plonk! The red and white together are beautiful. |

| In PDX, we're just budding up. Lady Banks is almost breaking into flower. Stanwell Perpetual has tiny buds. It's nice to know there are roses blooming out there somewhere. Carol |
| Too lazy to take a picture but I have Mrs. Dudley Cross, Souvenir de la Malmaison and Rosette Delizy in a glass on the dining table. The flowers are all very pretty but Pink Don Juan and SdlM are stunning! Ingrid |
| Thanks Ingrid! I am giddy over how pretty my SDLM is and she smells great! |

| Probably half of the roses were from a farmers market stand, but I cut as many as possible for these little table arrangements for my sister's wedding a few days ago. It's not in there and I'm just now realizing I didn't get a picture, but I made a wonderful arrangement full of Abe Darby, Sharifa Asma (another new acquisition), White Lady Banks, home grown Dutch Iris, home grown clematis, and lilac from the farmers market among other things. | An excellent view from the site of the wedding. A lovely day in Malibu. It was a very informal, relaxed ceremony at a new family member's home. Jay |

| Mom had a variety of small vases holding a bud of Belinda's Dream (her favorite) around her bedroom yesterday. I enjoy seeing her enjoy bringing them in. What a wonderful location for a wedding Jay! |
| A little plonk perhaps, but a lovely plonk! |
| Jay, your bouquets are utterly gorgeous and filled with color and texture. The informal bouquets seem exactly right for a wedding by the ocean. Really lovely. Ingrid |
| We're getting snow here tonight -- I'm so jealous you all have roses and mine haven't even leafed out yet! |
