Haven't seen you around for some time. Hope you're just too busy tending the woods.

I've been wondering too. It is that busy time of the year.

RE: Camps?

Same here. I wonder if she's posting in other forums that have to do with perennials etc. since she's mentioned that her focus is more away from roses these days.

still here...........sort of. PC rolled over and finally expired (with smoke and fizzing) so my usual (ahem) fixes failed - if in doubt, whack it about - and I am now reduced to mithering assorted offspring for a go on their various tablets and laptops - none of which I can use with any facility.....or hardly see even......and as for writing (my long waffling ramblings!)
But yeah, it is a busy time and being unable to waste multiple hours over a hot screen means the allotment is looking damn good - although the garden is another story, involving clueless builders, scaffolding and many, many roof slates crashing down onto the sadly eviscerated plants. Woods are marvellous and I am so heartened by the foxgloves, bulbs and campanulas that I have sown another 3000 various perennials, (and a new Adelaide D'Orleans rose) Painful squinting at this minuscule screen and tiny keyboard means a short missive from me although, to be fair, I have been guilty of immense time wasting so am not in a massive rush to get back online (and am saving a fortune in books and seed orders).

So glad to hear that you are still alive, if preoccupied.

Same here. I had noticed your absence too, but knowing how busy I've been myself recently I figured you probably were taking advantage of the good weather as well. I'm glad the woods are proving satisfactory!

My old computer died too. Fortunately the new one was on the way. Sounds like you're having a great spring despite problems. Isn't that typical fr us all though?
