Waht kind of fertilizer does this rose need? Belle de la Carnier

The leaves are light green and it hasn't put out one new leaf since I potted it.

Where can I find the little dark green slow release fertilizer pellets?

It does not need any fert yet IMO. It needs patience and good luck.

If you want to give it something, find a fish/seaweed liquid fertilizer, and dilute it to half-strength. Use that when you water. It's easily absorbed but won't burn.

Oh, and by "half-strength" I mean that if the bottle says 1 tablespoon per gallon of water, use 1/2 tablespoon per gallon of water. I didn't want to make it seem like I meant equal parts fertilizer and water.
