I've been nurturing this rose bush for a while now, and it just gave me an entire bush full of these stunning blooms! I had to cut two to bring them inside!

Very pretty indeed. No wonder you are proud.

It has a very nice, mild scent. I've noticed that as the bloom matures, the scent tends to fade a little. I definitely garden this one for beauty!

These are swoonworthy! With a name like Boscobel I didn't expect these stunners. My kind of rose! Ingrid
RE: I am SO proud of these blooms!

Interesting! I planted 3 Boscobels this spring, which have been covered with blooms, but none of them open like yours. They remain cupped. Do you suppose our New England humidity accounts for that?
RE: I am SO proud of these blooms!

Those are beautiful. The photograph also does them justice. Congrats!

Uuughh, if I could do pink in my garden, I would do that one most certainly.
RE: I am SO proud of these blooms!

Ingrid, I agree that 'Boscobel' isn't a terribly romantic name, but imagine how I felt when the first Austin rose I fell for was 'Mortimer Sackler'. Named for a wonderful person, I imagine, but not the most romantic-sounding name... Virginia
