Several Swedes have tried to log in to HMF today but this is the message coming up: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /roses/ on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Hopefully this is only temporary? Does anybody know?

I received the same message when I tried just now to access HMFRoses. I have received this error message a couple of times in the past year, but it has always been temporary. I assume that in a few hours, or maybe even tomorrow, it will be fine again.

It happened to me this morning too, a good reminder of how much I've come to rely on the site and that it's past time I became a member.

I just tried it also and got the same error message. It's temporary, I'm sure. Kate

Did anyone think to email the Help Desk (roses@helpmefind.com)? I've sent an email and will check back later when I get home for a response. It's usually due to overly high traffic, such as when another server spams the HMF servers. This happens MUCH more frequently than you would imagine. Kim

It's working for me! Hopefully you guys can access it now.

Works for me at 9:42 a.m., PST.

It will now. When working on the database, you can't see when things like this occur because you're in a different portion of the database and not accessing it through the public server. I received the message back, "Found and fixed! Thanks for the heads-up!". No one would have known until either one of the users alerted them or someone accessed the database through the public server. Kim
