| Hi, I was wondering if anyone in zone 4/5 can tell me the maximum size, (height & width) of this rose? Thanks, Bob |

| I can't answer that, but I thought you'd like to see how big it is in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California Jeri |
|
| Thanks Jerri. That's why I was asking specifically from zone 4/5 people :-)

| It's bigger than that here. Not a lot, but noticably. |
|
| MG so is it like a R. glauca? I have one that I have pruned to a fountain shape, it is 7/8 feet tall now, but it is manageable. There are 3 denuded trunks 4 feet up, then there is the canopy. |

| Yes, much the same. If you care, they both produce seedlings for me. Glaucas are easy to recognize by the color. Eglanterias have to get a bit bigger, then they can be fondled and recognized by the smell. |

| Thanks MG. Glauca produces a lot of seedlings for me too. For the past few days, a squirrel is having its fill of vitamin C, by going through the hips methodically, probably a ton of seedlings next year :-) |
