Hi I'm looking for same advice for granite for "Brookhaven antique white cabinets" if anyone has suggestions or pictures I would appreciate it. Current choices are posted the darker one is Laborador antique brown the other not sure I was told it was labeled wrong it's either Terra Bianco /Crema Delicatus Picture below with possible floor. I will be a doing countertops and island. I'm leaning toward the darker for more continuity but haven't ruled out the other. I'm open to any new suggestions also!!

I think you posted this in the wrong forum. This is the rose forum.

This is the rose forum but for what it's worth I prefer the the darker one too. :)

I also like the darker granite; it has a warmer look somehow. Are you saying the floor will be light? I personally would consider that too cold and clinical looking. I'd pick a beige that would harmonize with the lighter coloring in the darker granite to give the room more of a "grounded" feeling.

I think it would help to see a photo of the kitchen. Personally, I like granite with "movement" in it, although as we have discovered, our discount granite guy often does not have more than a small sample and it does not show the movement. Quite a surprise on one counter top that had a big orange/gold section. The last couple of units we (I) picked a more even looking stone. Kind of boring and not what I would pick for my home. I would pick the lighter, but would want to see more stone or a different floor combo to be sure. Bet you got lots of opinions on the kitchen forum :)

I thought this was going to be about where to obtain granite turkey grit, very much sought after by some container gardeners to improve drainage!

Me, I would go with the top choice. You will be able to choose many more colors to go with it. The dark one will show every bit of dust, etc., on it. If you get it, get microfiber cloths to clean it with. Anything else will not be able to pick up the dust and leave it clean.

I like the top one as well. We have very dark granite and it makes the whole kitchen look darker than it should, kind of gloomy.
