If you go to "www.helpmefind.com/rose", you can see pictures of both of them. I just did that, and the impression I came away with is that the colors are different, and Old Blush makes a much prettier bush.

Check Help Me Find for an extensive breakdown each rose

Here is a link that might be useful: HelpMeFind 'Old Blush'

My Old Blush bloom is looser and blowsier than Napoleon. I prefer the shape of Napolean's bush, but then my Old Blush is on Fortuniana which makes it huge and ungainly. My OB is never without a bloom while Napolean blooms in heavy flushes with a break in between flushes.

Thanks for the responses.I looked at helpmefind but some of the pictures were similar enough that I was hoping for peoples experiences with these roses. There is a local cemetery that is selling a rose as napoleon that is identical to one that I grow as old
blush.

I planted Hermosa and Napoleon to the left and right of Old Blush and it looks like a hedge of three.

I few years ago there was a vendor at local plant fairs that sold a variety of cuttings for $6.00 per. After three or so years I came to understand that she was just putting interesting labels on cuttings from the same (few) plants.
