I acquired this rose from Vintage in the spring and had been disbudding it, but finally allowed one bud to bloom. I was so thrilled. I have to say mine is prettier than any of the pictures on HMF, and also has a lovely fragrance. So far the little plant is completely healthy and, based on this one very full-petalled and beautifully shaded flower, it just might be my most beautiful polyantha. I'll certainly take pictures of it in the spring, but just wanted to say for now that it's been an exciting to see this lovely little flower, which is actually somewhat larger than I had expected, over 1 1/2 inches. Is anyone else growing this rose and how well has it done for you? Ingrid

I don't have it now, but I did buy it as a farewell-gift for a former boss back in Buffalo. And it's currently on my short list of roses to order for myself for next year. I have only a few spots remaining that won't work for my "leftovers" after all the planting this year, and 'Pink Soupert' will go where I need a relatively shorter, dainty, fragrant pink-flowered rose. Rogue Valley Roses also carries it. I'm hoping others here can share actual growing experiences -- and pics. There aren't many on its HelpMeFind page. :-) ~Christopher

Mine is in a pot - is very healthy and I love the pink blooms. It is growing well - probably time to plant it in the ground and watch it take off. I think this is going to be a good one. I don't have any photos.....would enjoy seeing some if anyone has any. Judith

Mine is also from VG. It is not in a good spot, so it struggles a bit. Unfortunately, it isn't struggling enough that moving it is a priority. We'll see...
