can anyone give me any idea of what this might be please? sorry about the lack of quality, it is a picture taken by a cell phone. I have two pictures, the other I will put on as a follow up because I don't know how to put more then one at a time. It had a slight fragrant smell, but it could have been due to being in the day. it is located in a park in the Atlanta-ish GA, area. Thanks. |

I immediately thought Jaques Cartier/Marquese Bocchella....but as I am rubbish at rose ID, I would be taking that idea with a large pinch of salt....and the fragrance is baffling since JC/MB is nothing if not highly scented.

here is another picture. also please keep in mind that it was early afternoon when I was at the park so that may affect ability to smell it.

Leaves and flower on the first pic look right to me for Marchesa Boccella.

Jacques Cartier or MB would be my guess, also. Kim
