I saw on the Vintage Gardens website that they will have a final release of rare and never offered in commerce roses in March in 2014. It also stated that a list of the roses that will be released will be sent in mid March of 2014. I am so excited to see which roses will be on the list.

OOH, I am excited. I may be able to add some roses and have decided to concentrate on teas/ogrs.

I hope they have some rare albas. I still want Ferox, which they had at one time, and Jeanne d'Arc. I wonder if there is any chance Vintage might be able to re-invent itself as a custom propagator of othewise unobtainable roses.

Fingers crossed for Princesse de Lamballé to somehow make it to me...she hasn't been on any of the other 'last' chances yet... Cheers! ~Anika

GothicLibrarian, I am afraid Princesse de Lamballe has already sold out at Palatine for this year. I always order rare albas immediately when they do appear, and even then I have struck out sometimes. I am still desperately seeking Ferox, Sophie de Merilly, the Hemp Leaved rose, among others.
