| I'm pretty new to seed saving on a large scale, but decided to give it a try this fall. I saved several varieties of seed heads, filling several boxes and baggies, greedy thing that I am, and unfortunately, some of them were not completely dry and are now a bit moldy.
I opened those bags, and spread out the contents, and most seem to be drying, and the mold is a lot less evident. Are they likely to still germinate and if so, will they be more prone to mold or disease as a result? Thanks for your advice! |

| Usually they will be OK. I put my seed heads in paper bags and leave the bags open in a part of the house with both normal heat and good air circulation and avoid mold even when some seed heads are still green. Al |
