Red leaves on seedlings

Not sure if I should post this here or growing under lights, but here goes...I've been growing potentilla and geum from seed for a bit over a month now. I used the rapid rooter system. Things had been looking pretty good, but now the leaves of my seedlings are turning red, and a few leaves have proceeded to crinkled and brownish. I've included a pic. These were recently moved out of a humidity dome, now in a tray on 1/2" of fine gravel (wondering if I should fill the gaps in the plugs with gravel? Or just plant these plugs in coir seedling mix?). The leaves were already turning red before I moved them, but it's spreading.

The lights:
4 daylight T8 bulbs (6500K), on for 18 hours/day 6" above the seedlings.

Anything I can do differently?

Thanks,
Kim
