conifers from seed

OK - I have some oaks and buckeyes and I feel good about what to do with them.

I also got some seeds of three conifers:

Cedrus libani var stenocoma
Abies hollophylla
Pseudotsuga sinensis

Can anyone tell me the best way to work with these species? Stratification, growing conditions, light, soil, water, etc?

Being conifers, I assume I'll get no more than about a 3" tall seedling by this fall, is that right? That was my experience growing Pinus strobus and Juniperus virginiana in the past. Both shoot up after about the 3rd season, and really don't take off until about age 10 IME, would these behave similarly?

For stratification I can probably follow the recommendations from Schumacher's etc. I'm mainly concerned about after that.
