just thought i would share some pictures of a few of my sprouts that i took today.

Zinnia-candy stripe. a little leggy.

i also have some Zinnia-thumbilina mix starting to sprout and just planted some celosia-purple spike and petunia-fantisy pink morn last night.

They looks great!!!! I have a bunch going as well - mostly tomatoes, but you have inspired me....i think I will start some lettuce...

They are nice looking and I would like your method of keeping them from growing till the ground warms enough to plant them. Al

i dont keep them from growing. the opposite i try and get them to grow as fast as possible so that they will be big for spring. soon i will re-pot these into 4" containers. i have about 150 sprouts now and 600 more seeds planted. started inside under light then moved to the greenhouse.

(the sprouts in pics are were sown 3 weeks ago.)

I started some seeds yesterday. I know I'm early for my zone but I have a GH I will place them in around mid March.

the seeds I started on Sunday I have 2 varieties coming out.
