Take off domes or not

Hi all. I planted some wave petunia seeds in 105 plant trays and put domes on to help the germinating process. I have about 10 seeds out of the 105 that have germinated and have just popped out. Dome has been on for 5 days. Do I take dome off now or wait for more seeds to germinate before I take dome off. Thanks for all the help. I greatly appreciate it.

You could leave it on for a while, but what I would do is to leave the lid just slightly ajar so that it still helps conserve moisture but also allows the soil to begin drying and the plants to harden off just a tad. In other words a happy-medium might be the best choice.

....and it won't be long before you can remove the lid completely.
