| HI
I have only been trying to grow from seed for the last couple of years. Had been using greenhouse set with 72 count plastic cells. Had to get new ones as the old ones were leaking. All I could find is ones with the growing cubes or peat pots. Had already bought soil. I don't like the peat pots in this fashion. With the green house cover on. It seems to retain water and keep moisture in. Started seeds tues or wed. had clear cover on. Just saw some white mold. Had to use proxide mix and slightly uncover one side. Anyone give any thought to these either pro or con?? |

| There are lots of threads on this. Please search this using utilizing the search field at the bottom of the home page of 'Growing from Seed Forum.' (Next to the Birthday Tab) The majority of us will say RUN AWAY from peat pots. They don't even make good compost unless you have a hot compost pile. After reading the other threads and you still have questions, post it again. Keriann~ |
