You need to reference a germination database. Several are available free on line. Google to get the list. Al

Wow...just a bit of sarcasm. I was going to link to several, but don't need the abuse after seeing that.

Was that abuse? The suggestion for the search term was helpful and may have given the OP one extra 20-seconds step over direct linking. Following the suggestion, the first database that comes up in Google is Clothiers, one of the very best.
Next is the out of print T&M database linked by both ourgardengang and backyardgardener - it's another that is very good. Followed by hardyplants.com, another reliable source. Easy to bookmark and reference.

My rule if I was a scarifier (I know that isn't a word but it means a person that scarifies seed, at least it should be a word) if they are big thick seeds like paw paw and you do not get germination try scarifying it.

RE: scarify

most legumes need to be scarified i believe... A few others as well... but i think most of the legumes definitely need it

i just went through this with mimosa strigillosa.... i found toenail clippers to be the easiest tool to use :)
