Help! What should we do?

This is our first year doing any major indoor seed starting, and we're still working out the kinks. We have it all in the unheated basement, and we saw our first hints of sprouts today. Here's the problem: at the moment, without the lights, the temp goes down to about 50 degrees. With the lights on it's about 70 degrees. So, should we:
a) Leave the lights on all the time.
b) Turn the lights off at night and just let it get cold.
c) Turn the lights off but find a way to supplement the heat (pads? A space heater?)
d) Something else???

Thanks in advance for your help!

Most things do just fine going down to 50 at night. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, 45-50 is an acceptable minimum, not the ideal as it slows germination but acceptable. However, leaving the lights on longer hours or even all the time is no problem for the plants, neither is adding a space heater set on low (which is what most do). Adding heat mats after germination - no.
