growing for bonsai from seed

I ordered some seeds off eBay they include:
Baobab(Adansonia grandidieri and rubrostipa)
Olive(Olea europaea)
Ginkgo biloba.

I going to use them for bonsai.

I've read for baobab seeds your supposed to file away part of the outer shell then pour boiling water over them, let them soak for 72 hours, let them dry off, and then plant them. Is this correct?

I've read for olive seeds your supposed to use a pair of pliers to crack the pointed end of the seed. Then let them soak for 24 hours. Is this correct?

Also is there anything special you have to do to Ginkgo biloba seeds?
