Here is what I have been using in my apartment to start seeds. They go in this crude set up during the evenings and into window sunlight during the day time.

I know its not pretty but it gets the job done until I can get a batch of stuff moved down to friends house where we place under 4ft fluorescent light.

What you are seeing are mostly seed from Sand Hill Seed preservation...
