How to deal with suddenly cool, damp weather?

I started a bunch of vegetable and herb seeds indoors under lights the last week of March. My seedlings are mostly healthy and the tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini are thriving. However, I only have one light, and the plants are now far too big to fit them all underneath it. This wasn't a problem last week when it was a balmy 80 degrees out here in Philadelphia, but now the week is calling for highs in the 50s for the next two days and lows in the 40s. It's also very damp and cloudy. I'm concerned my little plants won't get enough light until Wednesday or Thursday.

Right now my only solution is to rotate which plants are under the lights each day. I'm keeping the rest on my enclosed front porch, which isn't heated or well insulated, but at least provides shelter from the wind and rain. Is there anything else I can do to help my seedlings through this week of nasty weather?
