Cold weather this week- delay transplant?

I have a flat of kale, shallot, broccoli, calendula, and beets that I've been hardening off this week. Today they will be up to 7 hours outside under the upside down laundry basket. They started outside time a week and a few days ago and I've been increasing by 1 hour each day. They took one day off b/c it was way too windy outside, and I was worried for them even under shelter.

I was thinking of planting them out soon, but I looked at our forecast and this week we will have lows below freezing! Should I delay transplant until after those nights?

How should I proceed with continuing the hardening off schedule in the meantime?
